Fading Light Princess: Quality Spirit monster, definately for LIGHT decks. 8/10
Nuclear Winter: May = can. The effect is still a blur, can only Machine-Type monsters be Normal Summoned [b]for the whole duel?[/b] 5/10
Lugia: Waaaaaaaaayyyy to op'd. If you Tribute 2 WATER monsters, it already has 2400 ATK, and you would probably have more monsters in your deck, so it could have over 5000 ATK! 3/10
