3 Months = 6 Pack

My new years resolution is now to gain a 6 pack in 3 months.

I plan to do this by going swimming every day, this means I don't over do it as swimming doesn't break down muscle unlike other sport. I also plan to keep on with my regular; football training, boxing and Wing Chun.

Discuss your routines.

Monday: Run 2 miles

Wednesday: Practice dribbling skills on the public pitch

Friday: Head to the Gym for Sparring

Saturday: Football match

Decent but it's not really a beast work out. ;D

During holiday break, this has been my routine.

- Roll out of bed/off the couch, etc.
- Lay on the floor for a couple of minutes.
- Get ready for the day/afternoon/night.
- Call people up to see if they wanna do stuff.

IF THE ANSWER IS YES
- Do stuff with people.
IF THE ANSWER IS NO
- YCM/videogames/reading/writing

- Pass out somewhere in the house.

I love having no school. <3
Once I feel a bit more motivated, I'll probably start running again as well.

My workouts consist of 3 areas, these are done everyday:
1) Muscle Building/Slight toning
2) Muscle Toning
3) Aerobic endurance

1) For the first part, I do heaviest weights i can handle, 3 sets of 10 minimum. starts with a warm up set of 15 on a lighter weight then builds to manageable weight 3 sets of 12 then heaviest i can handle minimum 3 sets of 10.

2) I do high reps, low weight, minimum 17 - maximum 21 reps a set, eg: bench press 30kg 19 reps thens traight away next excersise, there are 5 excersises tot he circuit that target all muscle groups, thhen small break and do again 2 more times

3) Simple just a couple of laps around a field then technical soccer excersises.

If you're aiming for a six pack make sure you also watch what you eat as the 6 pack's appearance is dependent on it, I suggest using a fitball and learning sit up excersises on it, remmber if you don't rip your abbs extensively u can do them every day unlike the other muscle groups.

But that seems like an acheivable goal as long as u put the effort in.

I just got some 90-day work out program (P90X if you've heard of it) so I'll also be aiming for a 6 Pack in 3 Months.

yea I knwo soemone that did it, it's good Butttttt, after the 90 days then what? You'll lose it all and after it you'll find that you'll struggle more I'm pretty sure, I personally don't use any protein shakes or anything like that. Then again don't assume my comment of P90X for credibility because I maybe wrong

Monday: School Sport.
Tuesday: Football Training.
Wednesday: Basketball.
Thursday: Football Training.
Friday: School Sport
Saturday: Football
Sunday: NBA 2K11/FIFA 11.

That's my schedule for sports but I got nothing during holidays and Football doesn't come on for me again til April-March. And that's usually when Basketball finishes.
I love my sport.

I don't do any kind of sport. Except walking/cycling 800m to and from school each school day. Yes, I'm a lazy ass. Which is why my parents want me to go to a fitness center, or whatever the f*** they're called. And belive or not, I actuall listened =P And even more surprising, or maybe not, I'm still a few kilos underweight.

Bullshit.

Getting a 6-Pack in 2 weeks is physically impossible unless you already were on the border of having one. It's not that we need to get more exercise it's that you need to stop bragging/lying.

PICS

Or it didn't happen.<3
