I think it's a little overpowered. You just have to remove from play 2 cards in your graveyard to Special Summon a monster with 2500 ATK. That monster can gain ATK equal to the ATK of a monster you remove from play or can attack all your opponent's monsters once.

About the effect, I'd say its slightly OP. As it could easily be abused in Warrior Decks to become a 4000+ Attacker. The Fairy effect looks fine. And I know the combo looks wierd, but Warriors and Fairies are actually very splashable with one and other.
