I am back everybody! I wanted to become one of the better card makers on YCM again, so I have returned to Realistic Cards to hone my rusted skills. All cards I post here from now on will be released in some way to Leo's Created Card Game, which can be found in Written Cards.

=Effect=

This card cannot be Special Summoned unless it has been Normal Summoned. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can select 1 Monster Card in your Graveyard. This card can use that effect once during the duel. This effect can only be activated once per duel.

---

Rulings (have 'em Kokonoe):

-This card cannot copy Continuous effects due to the effect only being able to activate once per duel.
-The effect can be used at any time, not just at activation of the effect.

I made it 2400 for a reason. My reasoning is, that it can copy any effect, so giving it the attack drop in my opinion balances it out. 2600 would be a decent sized beatstick that can copy anything in the graveyard. 2400 is enough anyway, especially in a Quickdraw Deck or in terms of the LCCG, a Mezzo deck. I might change it, but 2400 is fine for now.

Nice to see YCM suggesting some ideas, instead of just rating :D.

Dragon70P: It would gain that effect for the duel, so it could only use it once. It doesn't have to be activated, it just gains the effect and can only use it once.

Kokonoe: ...damn... rulings coming soon.

Shinato Demise of Oblivion: I see where this is going. You want me to guess, well NO NO NO NO NO. Tell me what I need to fix. I don't need +1s in my thread. Everything tells me nothing.

EDIT: You ninja Lovely Chan >->

2400 for a copying effect monster? Yes please. I might consider an attack raise but is 2600 going to make a difference? Monarchs aren't used this format and in my CCG, 2400 can run over quite a bit of monsters.
