[center]As I'll be Judging Excess Monsters for the Contest, I figured I'd get into the swing of it. If you have any Excess Support threads you wish for me to look at that I have not yet commented on, please PM me with your link and I'll check it out. [i]This card gains 200 ATK for each card Overlaying it. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 card Overlaying this card to remove 1 card on the field from play. During each of your End Phases, you can Overlay 1 card from your hand on this card. If there are no cards Overlaying this card, you can remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 card from your hand.[/i][/center]

You commented on mine, it's only fair that i return the favor. =]

I am not a big fan of the art, but it is by no means bad. It is rather good, i just think there is too much going on in it. It's not a 'Kale' image, so to speak.

The only OCG fix i would suggest is to take out the final bit, about not being able to select an Excess Monster. The game mechanic revolves around not being able to select it, and from what i am gathering from all the stuff i have been reading, i assume that this will become a new addition to the main deck, to compliment rituals. It will be Excess and Ritual in the main deck and Fusions and Synchros in the Extra Deck. Ritual Monsters are stuck in the hand unless ritual summoned, these should be too. So... that bit at the end of the Lore is superfluous. At least, that is my take on it.
And that is why i made mine red.

Anywho, i like the effect. I like being able to "Overlay" more monsters after the summoning. Your effect also treats the overlaid monsters more like a fancy equip system, instead of the dead version that 'unlocks' the attack power of my monster.

interesting. i can't wait to see what these things are in real life.

It's also cool to know that you are judging these cards. It's sad to hear that Icy is having some life problems. i hope those get resolved....

all in all, i would rate this 8/10. It's playable, consistent, yet has an effect that a lot of cards these days have right along with it.

Aww ;3 thanks! Lol it's taking me a while to get used to these Excess monsters but I'm getting the gist of them. Lol I just have trouble making them thats all ^^.

Not bad, and did you change your name, or are you and Lovely CC different people?
If you use it right, you could remove from play all cards in your opponent's deck!
