Zextra
I made a new card based on changing its Level to make Synchro Summoning easier. However, I don't think it turned out well at all. I'm posting it here as a kind of "SOS" message, so if you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks. During your next Main Phase, you can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, you can remove from play a Level 4 or lower monster in your hand or Graveyard to add or subtract the Level of the removed monster to this card's Level.
~{Rochster}~
Pretty good, but if you remove a level 4, wouldn't its level be 0? Other then that, nice card with a good effect. Instead of putting "a", put 1. 8/
Zextra
Thanks Yes, removing a Level 4 would allow its Level to become 0, making low-level Synchros such as Armory Arm and Formula Synchron easier to summon.
Ghoulish
Seems good, allows for the safe summoning of the Synchro monster + Special summoned allowing for a normal summon + level change, so for tat it is quite useful, the name is great and it is quite original which I like, the only problem I have is think it may be slightly Op'd but I don't know really it's hard to judge, but overall a decent card there may be slight room for improvement but I just don't knwo where :/ anyway good job
Zextra
Thanks! Yes, I'm looking for the spots for improvement as well
Kale
:/ I'm not liking how easy it is to summon. With no RFP restrict, with no qualifiers on how the attack must go, i think this would be used too often. It is basically a free level 4 Tuner during your next turn, with the option of becoming a smaller or bigger one. This is how i would execute the idea: When your opponent attacks you directly, Special Summon this card at the end of the Damage Step. You can increase or decrease this card's level by 1 for every 700 damage you took from that attack. It's sort of a weird Battle Fader, only not. i think that would work out better. It can still get killed -- lowering the OPness -- and it would work better for surprising your opponent. Less 'free' summons, less RFP random monsters, and it would allow the level change be because of your opponent's actions. anywho, as it stands i would rate it a 6/10. It has potential, but no cigar. if you would like another rating, don't hesitate to ask. -Kale.
Zextra
Thanks a bunch for the detailed analysis, Kale I will edit it as necessary when I get a chance.
endphase
Maybe it's a little overpowered, because with that card, you can Synchro Summon almost every monster. Kale is right, it's too simple to Summon, it would be used too often. But still a great card. 9/
Shinato Demise of Oblivion
Good, but maybe needs an a ATK of 1200? Other then that AWSOME OCG:10/10 Balanse:8/10 Pic:10/10 Results:28/
Dries965
the special summon should be linked with the discard effect, to make it less OP, currently it works always as long it is in the graveyard
Zextra
Thanks. I actually meant for the effect to trigger only when Special Summoned as a result from the discard.

CDDRodrigo
If the SS is only after discarded, it's PERFECT. 10/
