Kale
erm... its very hard to use! Try this: If this card overlays a "Dark Magician" monster, you can negate the activation of your opponent's Normal Spell Card and destroy it. Then Special Summon 1 overlaid "Dark Magician" monster in face-up Defense Position. That monster's battle position cannot be changed except by card effect. I think that gets your point across, doesn't necessarily restrict the effect to Skilled Dark Magician, and it can still provide synergy to the card set. as it currently stands: 5/10. Too overpowered if executed correctly, yet mildly irritating to try and accomplish. -Kale.
