Okay, got a little better, but it's still a free monster to your opponent, and you have to give up 1 of yours for that.
I'd still not be playable in the current meta. I think it could be 0 ATK/0 DEF and Level 1.

Agreed, although maybe give it [i]some[/i] attack power since its burning a good chunk of life points.

I believe everyone has failed to notice that the way it is worded right now, your opponent gets a free monster AND it kills YOUR life points, because you are the opponent of your opponent, who has control of the monster. If that is too confusing, use Lava Golem as a reference for the burn effect.
