So erm, this is my first card; hope it's not too bad.

Had some trouble with the OCG, especially with the "once per duel effect", any tips?

You can send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. Then apply the following effect:
● If you Synchro Summon with this card, reduce the level of 1 of the Synchro Material Monsters by 2.
Each player can only use the effect of "Glow-Down Bulb" once per duel.

This OCG's great! And I love the card. But the level reducing could be just 1, I don't think this would OP it.

I used two not because I thought it was overpowered, but for the ability of the card itself.

The point is to "Downgrade" your Synchros. Eg.

Turn your Stardust into a Black Rose.
Your Mist Wurm into a Scrap Dragon.
Your Black Rose into Goyo.
Your Monarch into a Catastor, etc...

However, You did give me the idea for a whole new card! So thanks! :
