Here's another Tuner Monster I thought up.

I'm not entirely sure about the OCG.

If this card is used as a Synchro Material Monster, reduce the levels of all other Synchro Material Monster(s) by 1.


The whole point of this card is to "Reuse" your synchro's. Synchro this with "Mist Wurm" for another "Mist Wurm" and gain the effect. Synchro another Dark End/Light End Dragon to reuse their abilities.

It also makes plays easier:

With a Monarch, etc... make a Goyo, Brio or any Level 6.

Use it with a Level 8 monster to bring out a Level 8 Synchro. Turn your used LaDD into a Stardust.

wow, user-made image? that's pretty good. i didn't think it was until you wrote it.

The idea is solid, and it is executed well. It would be nice to have a card like this to use it just as you intended it to be used.

OCG seems fine to me, i don't see any glaring errors.

9/10. It has a niche, which you clearly defined, and it completes the job well. congrats!

I liked it because I've not seen OCG mistakes. I think the card is UP because its weak, and I don't see utility in his effect (But I don't understand nothing about meta).
