Discard 2 cards. Destroy 1 monster with a higher ATK power than this monster, on your opponent's side of the field and subtract half of the destroyed monster's ATK points from your own life points. This effect can only be used when Leviathan is summoned or special summoned.

OP'd.You destroy all monsters AND subtract from your opponents Life Points, then you can Direct Attack with this card. Plus, it doesn't say when to do this, when its summonrf once per turn, indefinately?

Mmmm, quite bad, sry 3/10. Picture is not the best ever, effect is not very original, very overpowered (as explained above), and I bet there are some OCG errors (not that I know of but I suck at OCG). You could make it like: Discard 2 cards to destroy a monster on your opponent's field. Or, destroy 1 monster on your field to deal half of his attack points as damage to your opponents Life Points. Something like that. Also, include when you can use this effect. Ex. once per turn, indefinitely, once per game...

Pic isn't bad, just not good either. Effect is too OP'd, without the Life Point loss it just becomes really powerful. If anything, I'd lose the burn effect and put that this card can't attack when you use the effect.

And too end on a good note, I'm happy that you used correct english. It's sometimes very annoying when a new member comes on and doesn't even use correct English grammer.
