Wow, I can see a lot of potential in these. Bar the NORMAL OCG errors, they look okay, and add a new concept to the game. Altho, I'm not a fan of any card or strategy that tries to control the opponent. Also, their effects are activated too easily, making 'em a bit OP'd. You could add more limitations to 'em.

Lord is way too strong! Skipping their turn just allows you to set up again in your turn.

I think his effect should be:

Once, during your opponents standby phase, you can remove from play 1 "Phase eater" to select one of your opponents phases. Your opponent skips it.

(Or something along those lines)

Bunny can also be a bit too powerful. Consider any Anti-Meta deck perhaps.

The first two spells are ridiculosly OP'd. Any stall deck can win instantly with them. Paying 1000 won't mean anything if you're dealing 2000 points each turn.

Remember this is new so I had no foundation to build upon. Ill try to fix them so they can be better so i need ideas if you can give me some so they won't be OP.

"Cough Timeater/Great long nose/Arcana Force XXI The World cough" I can see by your sig that you don't care about OCG but I MUST tell you that saying 2 when you do not mean a number goes against OCG and RWG (Real World Grammar.) Oh deary me I sound like quite a hater right now, which I don't want to do that But also the Draw phase one, woa that is some serious OP there, every turn a 2700 ATK point monster attacks, and then you can't draw? for the rest of the duel? Really I think that quite a few of them are OP

your right i don't care ocg much and i Don't care about rwg(maybe thats why I'm failing my english class). If you have any ideas on how to make them balanced go and tell me for i can make them better.

To answer your question, I believe Batteryman AAA did something exactly like this a long time ago. The idea is not originally yours, unless you toy around with the possibility that you may have never see them before.

No I've never seen them before , but that's why I put that I don't [size="5"][font="Arial Black"]think[/font][/size] anyone has done this before.
