Not really much about it, just tried to give it at an effect that is at least a little worth-while.

where do you get the carsd frames for these exess cards ???

im glad to see that i'm not the only person using red as the Excess Monster theme color.

The effect seems way too powerful to me. It's easy to summon, just overlay 2 level 4s. Then discard 3, overlay 3. If this is a late game summon then you will have many levels to choose from in your graveyard. If not, surely you discarded the very cards you wanted to overlay.

Then, since there is no limit, now you can blow up your opponent's field. Its like you gave DAD an effect to discard more DARK Monsters for free. It only lets him blow up stuff.

I don't like the idea of manipulating the Overlay system too far.. i don't think adding more monsters into the Stack will become reality. =/

Anywho, i love the art and the template. Gold Rares are awesome.

as it currently stands, 6/10.

Thanks for taking the time to review. In trying to make sure it was playable, it looks like I may have over-done it. Ever so slightly. I'll see what I can do to even out, or I may just overhaul the effect entirely.
