This card can not be normal summend or set.This card can only be special summend by sending4 dark monstersf from your deck to the gravyard.If you do this card gain's 1000 ATK/DEF for all cards in all player's graveyard.When this card is summend to the field all monster's are destroyd except this one.This card cannot be destroyd by battle.

This breaks the rules. You can't just tell someone to fix something and not let them know how to fix it. That and you can't just give OCG corrections.

That's the fix, and crazy OP'd. all you need is 2 cards each in both Graveyards and you get a free 4000 direct attack. Also, sending selected cards from the Deck to the Graveyard isn't much of a cost in the game anymore, especially since just summoning this card give it 4000 ATK.
