While this card is face-up on your side of the field, Spell Cards and Trap Cards that require Life Points to activate, instead you gain the Life Points. If 'New Year World' is on the field, this card gains 700 ATK points.[/spoiler]

As long as this card is on the field, monsters with 'New Year' in their names are sent to the bottom of your Deck instead of going to the Graveyard. If your opponent activates a Spell Card that targets a monster with 'New Year' in their name while this card is face-up on the field, you can discard one card to negate the Spell Card.[/spoiler]

While this card is on your side of the field, your opponent can't attack any other card but this card.[/spoiler]
