Overpowered, destroying every spell and trap card on the opponent's field AND picking any card you want out of your deck. Seems rigged. 2nd card: Um, what? Battling opponent's monsters in the Graveyard? That is a bad idea. If the monsters are destroyed in the Graveyard, typically, they don't function and fight other monsters. It's kind of common sense.
