This card can only be Normal Summoned by tributing 3 Fiend-Type monsters you control. While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot Normal Summon, set, or Special Summon. And you expect them to keep drawing until they get dark hole, which by that time you will have drained away their points. It needs another draw back.
