XS:
Obviously powerful Excess support. Usable. It can modulate any monster's Levels setting them up for an Excess Summon. This card can be just as Synchro friendly though. This could probably be a little OP for those reasons but I doubt it. Maybe though. Anyways it's probably the best excess support I've seen =/.

Un-Exeed:
Good support. De-Exeed either your opponent's monster or your own. Most likely going to be used for the latter. Eliminates pesky Excess Monsters, and not only that but since it's being returned to the hand, it's harder to counter it unless you're using cards that have general negations. I don't see anything wrong with this.

Excess Draw:
Kind of reminds me of Moray of Greed. Good for draw power.

Judgement:
This worries me. It feels like a more buffed Solemn Judgment which makes me feel uneasy. Granted it requires a tribute, but you also get to summon an Overlay. Idk though, it feels buffed but it doesn't strike me as more OP than Solemn.
