Dandelo
The "Empryean Engines" feature LIGHT Machine-Type monsters whose effects revolve around giving you the option of targeting your opponent's cards or your own with various effects (and sometimes both); then, some cards gain effects based on if you make the decision to target your own cards, most of these effects dealing drawing or increasing your Life Points. This set will feature both Synchro and Excess monsters. And for a little trvia fun, the Effect/Tuner Monsters are named after moons, the Synchro Monsters are named after planets, and the Excess Monsters are named after stars.
When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, you can reduce the ATK of 1 monster on the field by an equal amount, until your next Standby Phase. If you reduced the ATK of a Machine-Type monster you control, draw 1 card. You can Special Summon this card from your hand by Tributing 1 LIGHT monster you control (this counts as being destroyed by this card's effect). If this card is destroyed by the effect of an "Empryean Engine" monster, you can add 1 LIGHT monster in your Graveyard or Deck to your hand.

This card can only be used for the Synchro Summon of a LIGHT monster. If this card is destroyed by an opponent's monster after being affected by the effect of an "Empryean Engine" monster or destroyed by the effect of an "Empryean Engine" monster, Special Summon it from the Graveyard during your next Main Phase 1.

1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Machine-Type monsters Once per turn, you can select 1 other "Empryean Engine" monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls. Destroy the selected monsters. Then, increase your Life Points by an amount equal to the combined Levels of the destroyed monsters x 150.

This card gains 300 ATK for each LIGHT Machine-Type monster Overlaid on it. When this card attacks an opponent's monster, you can destroy 1 other monster on the field, after damage calculation. If you destroyed an "Empryean Engine" monster, draw a number of cards equal to the destroyed monster's Level. Then, shuffle an equal number of cards in your hand into your Deck.

Ieyasu Tokugawa
First question: Are the effect monsters' names base on anything? If not you could probably do different moons or systems. Now that that's out of the way, the effect monsters seem fine, though Vaire might be abusable since summon one, then SS a second one and get its effect. Not sure though. Galad's wording is a little strange, but I'm assuming you meant it gets its effect if it was destroyed by the opponent after it was affected by an Empryean Engine OR if an Empryean Engine monster destroyed it. The way it's read could be misunderstood as you get the effect after the opponent destroys it after one of the two things happened. I think it's fine if I'm right on the effect. On your Synchro, I'd say 100 LP, but mostly because I don't like multiples of 50. It should be fine. Finally, I demand you make a Vega. If you do not, you will be sorry 0_0
