A good card for a removal deck

Lore: This card cannot be Set. You can only Normal Summon this card by tributing 3 monsters on your field. You cannot Special Summon this card except by it's own effect. Once per turn, during your or your opponents turn, you can remove from play one card from either your Deck, Hand or Graveyard to increase this card's ATK by 1000 until the end phase of the turn, during the end phase of the turn this effect was activated, you take 500 damage. When this card is removed from play, Special Summon it to the field.

woops i think its overpowered and have some offical card gammer going wrong. it should be:

This Card can only be Normal Summoned by tributing 3 Monsters on your side of the Field. This Card can only be Special Summoned when it is being removed from Play. This Card cannot be Set. Once per you or your opponent's (Standby Phase, Battle Phase etc. your idea.....) , you can remove from Play either your (Deck[overpowered, i suggest not to mention]) , Hand or Gaveyard to increase the ATK of this Card by 1000 until the End Phase of the turn, during the End Phase of the turn this effect is activated, pay 500 Life Points.

Anyway its truly a good card for a removal Deck
8/10, 1 for some overpower problem and 1 for some OCG problem (only my opinion)
woops expecting moremoremoremoreandmore

You do realize that the last effect triggers when it's removed from play from anywhere, right? So even if you use Gold Sarcophagus to remove it from play from the Deck, it's instantly Summoned. Other than that, I don't think it would see much play. The only time more than 1 monster is tributed these days is for L&DD. It just seems very likely to clog.
