They have pretty reasonable ATK, DEF, and effects, but I think that Lenalee is overpowered, since she can attack twice per turn. I feel the cost of keeping Kanda in play should be higher, since he's a 2-Tribute 3200 ATK monster that can attack directly for 1600 every turn. Also, the plethora of grammatical errors really lowers the score. Try punctuating correctly, and study the OCG. Other than that, they are not bad at all. For your effort, 6/10.
