The Inexcessive Monsters
Because I truly hate Excess Monsters
Inexcessive monsters are anti-Excessive Monster cards. Now this may sound like a Deck that only works against Exceed Decks- but no, goodies await inside.

Inexcessive Monsters are Inexceed Summoned from the Hand by Tributing a monster that has a Level that is x2 to the Level of the Inexceed Monster- so obviously Inexceed Monsters can only be Level 1-6. (This type of Summon does NOT count as a Special Summon). The Tribute material monster used for the Inexceed Summon is not Overlaid on the Inexceed Monster, but Underlaid on it. An Underlaid monster does not fill an adjacent spot on your side of the field. If the Inexceed Monster is to be destroyed, you can pay 1000 Life Points to have the Underlaid monster be destroyed instead. All Inexceed Monsters begin with the card text "Once per turn, while this card is face-up on your side of the field, you can select one monster on your opponent's side of the field and pay 500 Life Points to have that monster be treated as an Exceed monster."

And also, a quote from Eminem I edited:

"I'm tired of all you little Exceed monsters- all you do is annoy me so I have been seent here to destroy you."
Lore-
Once per turn, while this card is face-up on your side of the field, you can select 1 monster on your opponents side of the field and pay 500 Life Points to have that card be treated as an Exceed monster. This card cannot be destroyed by an Exceed monster. (Battle Damage is applied normally.) If your opponent attacks another Inexceed monster on your side of the field, this card can attack your opponent directly during your next Battle Phase.
I hope you've enjoyed the card(s) displayed so far. Please give friendly constructive criticism and rate / hate / whatever.

Really, quite a bad idea. Not a fan of it... And, if I'm entirely honest, quite poor execution. The monster you've posted is simply REALLY underpowered and no-one would use it. Nothing's good about it. It has weak stats and a useless effect. The only good thing about it is that it's DARK.
