Not only does it something Yugioh has never done, it also gives all your monsters 300 ATK regardless as it covers each place. And it is only 300, not that powerful. OCG should be : "Pay Life Points so that you only have 1 left. Select any card from your Deck. If it is a Monster Card, Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position on your side of the field (if possible). If it is a Spell or Trap Card, add it to your hand. Then shuffle your Deck. [/quote] The cards have to be in the [i]exact[/i] formations for the increase to take effect. In essence, this card is like a field card, but instead of increasing the ATK of monsters of a certain type, it increases the ATK of monsters as long as they're in a symmetrical formation. It's not supposed to be very powerful.
