umm... no offense but bad OCG,

Element Pure Darkness:

While you control this face-up card all Dark-Attributed monsters on the field can attack directly.

Review: WAAAAAAAYYYY TOOOOOO OPPP'D!! I am sorry but his card is way too strong, what if you have red archfiend dragon on the field? thats 3000 points of damage, way too overpowered, and if you say that the low attack and Def balance it then mistbody can just cream your opponent!

Element Pure Earth:

While you control this face-up card increase the DEF of all Earth-Attribute monsters by 100. When your opponent declares an attack against an Earth-Attributed monster, return that monster to your hand.

Review: well the first effect is not OP'D but maybe UP'D but i guess it balances it with the last effect.

Element Pure Fire:

While you control this face-up card increase the ATK of all Fire-Attributed monsters by 100. All Fire-Attributed monsters can attack twice during the same Battle-Phase.

Review: good card, i admit i liked this effect!

Element Pure Water:

While you control this face-up card, increase the ATK of all Water-Attributed monsters by 100. All Water-Attributed cannot be destroyed by battle.

Review: good card, but a little but Op'd, but not so much LOL i know it doesnt make sense, but hey i like it!

Element Call of Pure:

Special Summon all monsters with "Element Pure" in their name to your side of the field.

Review: Please DONT try and create your own types, and this card is little too OP'D!

OK NOW FOR THE WATER-FIRE-DARK ELEMENT.

Review: I CANNOT UNDERSTAND! COOPERATES IS NOT A TERM IN YUGIOH, JUST MAKE THEM NORMAL MONSTERS!

Knight of all elements:

Increase this cards ATK by 500 for each monster with "element pure" in its name in your graveyard.

Review: well, good job trying to balance it with 2 tributes, but still, i mean really, if you have 10 monsters with earth pure in ur graveyard thats like 5000 ATK + !!! LIKE WHAT? 6500 ATK, WAY TOO OP'D So just add for every element pure monster on the field!

Knight of Dark element:

When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned return all monsters in your graveyard to your deck, then shuffle it.

Element God pure power:

When this card is Special Summoned or Fusion Summoned Draw 5 cards.

Review: baaad.. drawing more than 1 card in a turn with no negative effects is banned!

All in all:
Awful OCG, some OP'D cards, 7.5/12 You can do better

My turn

Pure Darkness is OP'd for the reasons stated above. DARK is one of the most powerful Attribute Decks, keep that in mind.

Pure Earh is UP'd, if you're going to return your monsters to your hand, increase the DEF gain to about 500 or maybe even more.

Pure Fire is OP'd, limit it to 1 monster per turn can aTK twice, that would fix it.

I think Pure Water is fine.

Your spell and what I assume are Normal Monsters need work, and Normal Monsters suck without specific support.

Knight is UP'd actually, I don't think you can make a Deck out of just these cards, so it wouldn't work very well.

Not sure what Knight of Dark Elements is supposed to do.

Element God needs a different effect, plus like I said earlier I don't think you can make a Deck out of these cards. They just don't work together that well.

i agree with the others above
you basically have the right idea, you just gotta improve ocg and make sure to not make the effects of the monsters too good. or too bad for that matter
element call of pure along with the pure elements and their effects (not including darkness) is actually a really great combo, and i applaud thee for that
element is not a real type so i suggest changing them to something such as fiend or warrior
overall a 3.5/10
keep it up, you could be really good
