YGOTASrules
Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, this card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 2 Dragon-Type monsters on your side of the field. While this card remains face-up on the field discard 1 card from your hand to negate the effects of Spells or Trap cards. Once per turn by removing from play 1 Dragon-Type you control Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster in you or your opponents graveyard, when you activate this effect place 1 Draco counter on this card (Max 3), during your Main Phase remove 3 Draco counters on this card, Destroy all monsters on the field except this card, you cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. I think it maybe a bit too OP'D, LOL! (I changed this card)
Hila Ⅰ
Not OP'd at all, it's quite useless other than it's negating effect... wait... this is almost the same as Dark Paladin so... 6/

beefman
Dragon decks? I only see 1 card... Oh well, it's a decent one. I like the general idea, some OCG mistakes, overall: 7/10EDIT: sry bout the beginning of this post. I didn't get it, but now I do. But if the dragon decks crumble in fear, why is the material 2 dragons...? Of course, I don't rate on the thread title, so it's still ok
