Zombie Excess

I made a few cards that utilize Lost Soul Counters each in a different way.Please Rate honestly[spoiler=Excess (2)][img]http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/8249/299323w.jpg[/img]
If this card is Excess Summoned at least 1 of the Excess Material monsters must have Lost Soul counter(s) on it. Once per turn you can discard 1 monster card in your hand to place 1 Lost Soul Counter. (max. 8 ) During your Standby Phase remove all Lost Soul counters on this card and Special Summon 1 monster in your Graveyard with a Level equal to or less than the amount of removed Lost Soul counters and deal 400 damage to your opponent then change the ATK of this card to 0 until the End Phase. When this card would be destroyed by a card effect you can remove from play all Overlaid monsters on this card to negate that card and destroy then deal 200 damage to your opponent for each card removed by this effect.

If this card is Excess Summoned at least 1 of the Excess Material monsters must have Lost Soul counter(s) on it. This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each Lost Soul counter(s) that was on the Excess Material monsters. (max. 1000) When this card is targeted by an opponent's card effect or selected as an attack target decrease the ATK of this card by 100 and place 1 Lost Soul Counter on this card. (max. 6) Once per turn you can remove from play 1 monster overlaid on this card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed Special Summon 1 monster in your Graveyard whose Level is equal to or less than the Lost Soul Counters on this card.[/spoiler][spoiler=Other Monsters (1)][img]http://img821.imageshack.us/img821/7384/299323.jpg[/img]
When this card is Normal Summoned successfully place 1 Lost Soul Counter on this card. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. When this card destroys a monster by battle place 1 Lost Soul Counter on this card. Once per turn you can remove up to 6 Lost Soul Counters on this card to Special Summon 1 "Lost Soul Token" (Zombie-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 200). This Token's ATK becomes the amount of Lost Soul Counters used to Special Summon it x 400. This card cannot be selected as an attack target as long as you control a face-up "Lost Soul Token".[/spoiler]
