Again, here are some random cards made with randomly given pictures. But as they were kinda similar, I created the first two MOONLIGHT CARDS.
You can help me expand the idea by PMing me an image that looks like any of these 2.

Lore: Neither player takes effect damage. This card gains 200 ATK for each Spell Card in your hand. When this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can pay 500 Life Points to draw 1 card.

Lore: Activate only when a "Moonlight" monster you control attacks. Discard 2 cards from your hand to make the attack a direct attack. You cannot return this card in your Graveyard to your hand.

When you say "neither player receive effect damage" , you mean damage to your LP? If so, then the card is ok. Pictures seem fine, but I can't picture it being summoned in the Anime XD, it would be a shadow '--'

Yes, effect damage is always to the Life Points. And yeah, it could be only a shadow.
But as they weren't made to the anime, whatever.
