The title is not the best, as its not related to Umi, but its the best I thought about.

Lore: Your opponent cannot select WATER monsters as an effect target. If a WATER monster would be destroyed by battle, its controller can pay 1000 Life Points instead. Destroy this card during your 3rd Standby Phase after this card's activation.

Help me improve, comment on OCG, balance and playability.

I think the OCG would go "Your opponent cannot select a face-up WATER monster(s) as an effect target. If a WATER monster would be destroyed by battle, its controller can pay 1000 Life Points to negate its destruction. (Battle damage is applied normally). Destroy this card during your 3rd Standby Phase after activation."

Its first effect Is good. The second effect is worded funny in the original, as you would take the damage + 1000. Maybe tweak that a little? The third effect is odd. I'm not sure of this would be a time-limit card, as there are plenty of traps with stronger effects that are plain continuous. All in all, i'd say EE (7/10). Maybe higher if reworded a little.

Thanks, but I don't think "to negate its destruction" is necessary. I appreciate your opinion, I just put a time limit to play safe, but as I see it Underpowers the card, I'll edit it later.
