Back Scratcher! Posted April 22, 2011 Report Share Posted April 22, 2011 The first problem with your set is how overpowered King Neos is with 4700 attack. E-Hero Storm Neos is harder to summon than that card, has an attack of 3000 with an good effect, and needs to returned to the Extra Deck in the end-phase. If the quality of it's attack and effect balance out, it would be a good card. Also, it is possible to summon that card on the FIRST TURN of the duel, meaning that you can summon it and another monster before your opponent has even moved. Try making it so the cards must be on the field to summon it. My rating: 6/10 With changed effects: 7.5/10 With changed effects/ images: 8/10 This set is pretty good, but needs some work.
