Ok its a simple question. i know a few people have said they would use this. it may be popular or not i dont know but i have been told i could be realistic. what does everybody think?

btw heres the effects and stuff for it if you havent got a magnifying glass.

1 Golem Dragon + 1 Stardust dragon . No spell or trap cards can be activated until 2 turns after this card is summoned. You can pay 1000 life points to increase the ATK and DEF by 1000. you can tribute 1 monster on your side of the field to destroy 2 spell or trap card on your opponents side of the field. While this remains face up on the field, no monsters can target any other cards. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, add 1 Wicked rebirth (1 time only) and summon 1 golem dragon from your deck. If you do not have 1 golem dragon in your deck, remove from play 2 spell or trap cards from your side of the field and inflict 1000 life points to yourself.

First of all, Golem Dragon sucks.
That's 1 reason not to run it.

Second, the chances this is going to be summonable are slim.

The effect will make epic in its dedicated deck, but I see no reason to staple it.
