Is it still treated as a Monster Card, or as a Spell/Trap Card? You need to specify that.

Overall, however, it's a bit OP. You pay 1000 Life Points for a Level 8 with 2600 ATK - that's a pretty low cost.
For your first card, though, 7/10.

I think this card is awesome, it is a bit OP, but not much. I would just increase the points payed to summon it to somewhere between 1500 and 2000.

If it was more than 2000 I wouldn't include it in my deck. Can't speak for anyone else though because I'm still not fully up to date on the latest cards and strategies.

You could get away with it being slightly overpowered by saying that it's a limited card and you're only allowed on in you're deck.

Great first card. My first attempts were disasters. 7/10

Personally I don't think it's OP'd. For instance Mausoleum then perhaps say Summoned Skull 2500 ATK. Same price, and you must remember that it loses it's effects while outside the Spell/Trap card zone so no... Its not OP'd very creative. Impressive for a firstt card and so a I shall bestow you a rep.

8.5/10

OCG: When you draw this card, you can place it face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. While this card is treated as a Spell Card, once per turn, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects:
- Pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon this card from your Spell & Trap Card Zone in Attack Position. - Inflict 300 damage to your opponent.

Overall, I would say this is overpowered. Since this card can Special Summon itself for an easy 7 Levels/2400+ ATK. Either setting up a Level 8 Synchro, or used for easy Tribute fodder. And there's a small bit of burn never goes amiss (600 with "Dark Room").

And @ Hila: This is a Special Summon, whereas the "Mausoleum"/"Summoned Skull" combo is a Normal Summon, restricting what you can do after. Plus, since you don't summon this card, "Bottomless" and the like cannot be activated while it burns.

But, also while in the Spell/Trap card zone it can be targeted with things like Space Typhoon, Twister, etc. meaning even though bottomless etc cant target, alot of others can. Also the burn it inflicts is miniscule and hardly game changing unless like you said you have dark room of nightmare out. And I concede about my Mausoleum/Summoned Skull example, but it was just to show that for the same cost you could summon a monster just as strong, but yes it is a Normal Summon.
