You might want to open your mind, and think of something really cool that no monster has ever had for an effect. Also, I don't really think that a monster can have 3970 ATK, thats just unrealistic. It's probably OP, it can inflict [b]MASSIVE DAMAGE[/b] to your opponent with piericing damage. Pic is great~gotta love JazinKay. OCG is OK.
