I know the OCG is probably wrong but I haven't made a card in a while so I'm kinda rusty.

Most of your ocg is right. I see a couple capitalization errors, but not much else.

But overall nice card. Seems pretty balanced in the sense that you can summon more monsters, and inflict burn at the price of 3 discards. KIU.

Change "discarded" to "discarding," and put a space between "Owl Token" and (Winged Beast-Type....

I would also change "Once per turn, Special Summon 1 "Owl Token" (Winged Beast-Type/WIND/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in [b]Attack Position[/b]" to "Once per turn, Special Summon 1 "Owl Token" (Winged Beast-Type/WIND/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in [b]face-up Defense Position[/b]." That will make the card a little more potent.

Good card, though.
