My comments: Great pic -> 10/10 OCG: I didn't read something wrong I guess -> 10/10 Exces monster idee -> 9.5/10 Effect: A bit OP'ed but I've seen worse cards. -> 8.5/10 (I have one question: why can't it be a LV9 monster. Can't you just use 3 LV3 monsters then? Exces Summons ... I think their just not clear enough for me) Total amount of points: 9.5/10 Great card About the fact that people almost don't post...I know allready as well.
