This Card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This Card can Only be Special Summoned by removing from play one "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from Your Graveyard. This Cards Attack is Equal to the number of times you have Summoned "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" x 900. You can Remove from play this card in your graveyard to Special Summon one removed from play "Blue-Eyes White Dragon".

It's an interesting card. The original thing about this card is that its ATK is equal to the number of times you have summoned a monster, which is something I have never seen before. The amount of times one summons "Blue-Eyes" might be hard to keep track of after you keep special summoning it with this card's effect, so it would be a good idea to keep track of that on paper. The harmony between this monster and "Blue-Eyes" is my favourite aspect of this card. Each one is able to reciprocally summon the other, with the "Ice Gold Dragon" continually gaining ATK---something that could not happen if its ATK was equal to the number of "Blue-Eyes" in the graveyard or removed from play. This aspect makes the card's specificness (it's being centered around one monster card), something that could have been a downfall, seem trivial. An overall great card. A few problems with grammar (capitalization and pluralization mostly) and OCG, though, but nothing serious. 8/10

To make this card even better I would add that you can tribute a "Blue-Eyes" to move "Ice Gold Dragon" from your removed from play zone to your hand, and that you can also do this when a "Blue-Eyes" on your side of the field is sent to the graveyard. This way the cycle does not break. You summon a "Blue-Eyes," it's killed, you remove it from play and summon "Ice Gold Dragon" (which gains 900 ATK), its killed, you remove it from play to summon a "Blue-Eyes," it dies or you tribute it to move "Ice Gold Dragon" to your hand, you remove "Blue-Eyes" from play to summon "Ice Gold Dragon" (which gains 900 more attack), and so on. With these effects you'll always have a powerful monster on your side of the field, and slowly your "Ice Gold Dragon" will build up attack (faster if you have multiple "Blue-Eyes").

cards like monster reborn foolish burial premature burial call of the huanting lord of d flute of summoning dragon makes a card like this a wallop but only for blue eyes decks (plus having 3 blues eyes and 3 ice gold dragons in your deck wouldnt hurt)
plus you say on the card normal summoning or special summoning CHO !!!

(CHO !!! is the new YO !!!)

ha i doubt he would use it, but if i were to make a manga episodes of yugioh, since i miss the old yugioh, i might even think about have kaiba use this card lol
but yea now that i think about it, i mean it gains 900 everytime blue eyes was summned, i dont kno if theres another card that has an effect like that that involves cards summond or played in previous turns, but yea i mean he could have 900points, 1800, most likely 2700 if u summon blue eyes 3 times, or 3600+ if ur lucky enough to summon blue eyes to the field 4 plus time with monster reborn, premature burial, or call of the haunted, but yea
