the rules are:
1. 40-70 cards in a deck.
2. start the game with 6 card in your hand.
3.the position are:
Attack: same way as yugioh.
Deffence: they all the time take the hits that your attack monster whould. they can be destroyed by traps and spells, an attacks from the opposing monster.
4. the life points start at 5000. you lose if your deck runs out or the lp is all gone.

about summoning monsters:
to summon a level 12 you tribute 1 monster on the field. 11 or lower can be normal summon.
you can tribute one card in your hand to get one card in your graveyard back to your hand.

about spells and traps:
they both can be activated from your hand on eather turn.
only one field spell can be on the field
traps can only be facedown

about the field:
6 monsters can be on the field the same with traps.
extra deck is used.

First of all and please don't be offended by what I have to say:

This isn't a CCG (Created Card Game). A CCG uses cards people have created and duels with them. So far I can tell you haven't said anything about using created cards so I'm assuming they are TCG.

Second your rules are incredibly broken. Especially:
"you can tribute one card in your hand to get one card in your graveyard back to your hand."
Yeah I'm not even going to worry about explaining that one.

Third if you are really making an entirely new game then you should try and post in Clubs & Organizations. I wouldn't recommend asking to move this there since you've already gotten a bad reputation with your original post. Because here at WC we use the original rules but make our own cards. You have an entirely new set of rules. And again I don't see any indication that you want people to make cards, so WC is not the right place for this.
