The first set are fine. But seem essentially like lv up monsters. Adding the gemini twist is nice and clever however.
6/10 for originality

7/10 for playability & balance

2nd set are OP'd. The 1st and last cards are fine but the middle is too nasty for how easy he is to summon. If it destroyed the field in the end phase it would be better.
