[spoiler='Lore']Each time a Synchro monster is Special Summoned, put 1 Synchro-counter on this card(max 5).You can remove synchro-counter from this card to activate 1 or the following effects:
*Remove 1:Return 1 tuner monster from your Graveyard to your hand.
*Remove 2:Increase the ATK of all Face-up Synchro monster on your side of the field by 500 until the end phase.
*Remove 3:If you control a Face-up Synchro monster,destroy 2 cards on the field.
*Remove 4:Special Summon up to 2 Level 3 or lower monster from your hand or deck to your side of the field.
*Remove 5:Special Summon 1 Synchro monster from your extra deck to your side of the field. [/spoiler]

OK, lets fix some OCG:
Each time a Synchro monster is Special Summoned, put 1 Synchro Counter on this card(max 5).You can remove Synchro Counter from this card to activate this card's effects :

I liked it. The concept is nice, cool atwork and it seems balanced to me.
