It's a Tuner, too, but that doesn't really matter. But yes, if it's a Union it needs to have the mandatory text, Robot is a fake Type, Divine-Beast isn't an Effect Monster Attribute, and the 'effect' is more of a message. GLaDOS is fine. As the others said, it should have the union text. Something like "Once per turn, this card can be equipped to a/n *insert something here* you control or can be unequipped and summoned in Defense Position." Then you have to give the equipped monster a boost or something for it, or have it equip to an opponent's monster and hinder it. Divine is legal, but it looks better to have it as something like EARTH, DARK, you should know. It should be Machine, not Robot. Stats should be a little more balanced. If you want it to be level one, make the ATK somewhere between 0-500 and the DEF 1000-2000, since you seemed to want it to be defensive.
