This card can only be used for the Synchro Summon of a "Forsaken Despair" monster. This card can only attack on your opponent's turn.

"Forsaken Despair" monsters can attack on your opponent's turn. While their is a "Forsaken Despair" monster on the field, this card can attack on your opponent's turn.

 

Forsaken Despair monsters will come out later.
