Nazryl
I would lower the ATK to make it more balanced, if it is around 2000 it would be fairly balanced I think. Nice attempt 7/

Ieyasu Tokugawa
The only problem is it needs the sentence that says to apply ATK instead of DEF for Damage Calculation. If you're not sure how it works, look up Total Defense Shogun, he has the exact same effect. Not really amazing, but it's not bad either. Especially for a reletively new member. Max Darkness
The Rule of 3000 is pretty standard, so its DEF should be lowered. Also, it's an easy Special Summon with "Red-Eyes DM", "Monster Reborn" or "Van Dalgyon". The effect is a complete rip-off of "Total Defense Shogun", the picture is one of the most overused, and the name is not exactly original. This needs a re-think. The only exception at the moment is "Super Conductor Tyranno", but Dinosaurs have a history of high ATK for their Level. There are Level 8s with more than 3000 ATK/DEF, but they generally are a pain to use (or are Fusions/Rituals)
WattGirl
I agree with several of the comments already posted. You definitely should look up Total Defense Shogun and mimic the language (btw, referring to the language of actual cards with similar effects is a great shortcut to getting good OCG! ^_^d). I do agree on the image being an issue...might I suggest one of these? http://www.flux.utah.edu/~aclement/templair/collection/Bob%20Eggleton%20-%20Unknown%20-%20A%20black%20dragon%20raising%20its%20head%20out%20of%20the%20mist.jpg http://www.posters-n-prints.com/zoom/Skull-Dragon.jpg http://www.freewebs.com/platypusses/black%20dragon%20with%20red%20eye.jpg http://kozmaty.deviantart.com/art/Dragon-16637730?q=boost%3Apopular%20dragon&qo=6 http://wredwrat.deviantart.com/art/Umbra-Dragon-63229124?q=boost%3Apopular%20dragon&qo=120 Here's a hint: (especially concerning dragons) if it's on the first 3-5 pages of a google image search, don't use it. And DeviantArt is amazing for getting card art, too. (and almost always has a better selection than Google Images!) They're also right about the Rule of 3000. Perhaps you should add an additional Summoning condition to help balance it out instead of changing the stats again? Something like "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card may only be Special Summoned by [insert condition here, i.e. remove 2 DARK or Dragon monsters from Graveyard, Tribute 2 DARK or Dragon Monsters on your side of the field. etc.]" This should fix the Rule of 3000 issue and balance it out (since they're right about it being RDM-spammable >.<) All in all, I love the intent. The manifestation of that intent needs tweaking. Welcome to the site and I hope to see more of your work! ^_^d 7/
