These 3 cards are entirley random. Due to the summoning costs, it is suggested to only put in a deck with alot of cards, or that gives alot of life points (Both is suggested, actually). I'll let you see for your selves:

Special Summon one "Galaxy-Andromeda" or "Galaxy-Milky Way" from your hand, deck, or graveyard. You can pay an additional 3500 life points to return all cards in your graveyard back to the deck when "Galaxy-Andromeda" or "Galaxy-Milky Way" is Special Summoned
