Communityreborn
INTRO: The Mysterious Forest is...a traveling forest that moves across the world. This forest can disguise itself as a familar person's surroundings (City, Desert, etc.), but the victim will not know he's trapped in the forest until he's stuck in the middle of the forest. The forest itself is a living being, and is constantly hungry. The forest will send it's minions to fetch victims, and feed it to the mysterious house located in the middle of the forest. The minions take on many forms. These forms include a raven, wolf, owl, swamp creature, dragon, warrior, spider, bear, snake, child, insect, and tree. This forest is said to appear in random spots around the world. No one has a name for it...for it is simply called The Mysterious Forest This deck is mostly a burn deck, but most monsters here have high defense only, rendering them useless. However, their burn effects can sometimes linger, creating endless pain on your enemy. The 2 Tuner monsters in this type (Spiritual Warrior and Spirit of the Forest) have effects that make it very easy to Synchro Summon. Spiritual Warrior's effect allows you Synchro Summon Gadzooks the Owl, and Gadzooks effect brings out Cursed Creature...the prime card in this archtype. Spirit of the Forest on the other hand, allows you to change it's level at a small cost, to Synchro Summon the other Synchros you might want on the field, such as Goyo Guardian, etc. Some of the new cards (The Crocodile and the Alligator) work well together. First using the Croc's effect, you can remove from play a monster and inflict 1000 damage, and then Special Summon the Alligator for another 1000 points of damage. The cards are below. LORE: When your opponent declares a direct attack, you can negate that attack and inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Then, Special Summon one "Mysterious Forest" Tuner monster from your deck. It's Effect(s) are negated.
Soul Saint
All around very nice cards, liked most of the pictures though some to me felt unfitting or...not entirely great pictures. Gadzooks, Ultimate Swarm, and Rabid Bear I feel are just bad pictures for the cards while Skull Kids picture just...doesn't fit. The character in the picture doesn't have a skull for a head, which is a bit of an issue I'd say. O.o Overall: 9/10 Very balanced, and extremely nasty with how in-sync the cards work together. Never a fan of using Synchro's but I won't be holding that against people when giving my opinions, nicely done and love their effects.

Ieyasu Tokugawa
Don't bump within 24 hours, against the rules. For the snake, I don't actually think it would be limited, I mean Gene-Warped Werewolf has 2000 ATK with no drawback, why can't this card? I'd give it another effect to make people want to use this over Werewolf, probably something to go with all the other burn damage you've got there. Pictures are bad, but everything else is good. Look around the site and you'll find some of the image archives here, or you ccan check Deviantar or Photobucket for some good stuff. I'd give a 9/10, and that's both considering the bad pics and not considering that you're new here.

Daigusto Sphreez
There are some slightly underpowered cards (like the first 2) and others that are too strong in my opinion, but they balance each other out to a degree. Bad pictures, but they aren't too important, Even though most of the effects are just Life Point destroyers, they are varied in approach and aren't all that simliar. Its decent, perhaps not a definite Tier 2 set, I'd have to see it in action to know fully.
Soul Saint
Adding new cards and not even letting me know...? Well, let's see... Personally, I like all of the pictures you have for your cards. For your new 'Arachnid' card...would suggest lowering the damage to just x100. Some of your cards I've noticed have not loaded for me, so I apologize if I just went over an older card you made.

Anyways, I'm going to start making new Mysterious Forest monsters in an hour or so. I'll start by editing Dark Prime Dragon, as it seems to seriously mess up conflict with the deck. I'll also add a few cards in-between.

Soul Saint
Hm...well, for your new cards, your crocodiles should have different effects. You just gave them the exact same one. Pictures don't entirely matter, but the second croc has the better of the two. (The picture for your "Forest Spirit" is a demon more so than a Spirit.) Your other monsters seem perfectly fine to me. For your new Trap: I think your mark of making it a "counter" is incorrect, and that it is normal instead. "Draining Shield" is not a counter, nor "Negate Attack". I also think that you should take out the part saying you deal 500 damage to your opponent. You already negate the attack, and you get to summon a tuner monster from your deck. Rating with the new additions, and slight change to "Dark Prime Dragon": 8.5/10 The croc's with the same effects, and that slightly unfair trap helped bring it down some. Your Arachnid, to me still, is unfair to your opponent and should be toned down to x100 damage per card in your opponents hand. Would love for others to give their input on it, but, eh. Also, two typo's I noticed on "Dark Prime Dragon", just copy and paste to fix: This card is treated as a "Mysterious Forest" monster. This card is also treated as "Prime Material Dragon"While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot summon any other monsters, except for "Mysterious Forest" monsters. Any effect that would inflict damage to a player instead increases their Life Points by the same amount. Thanks for the fix on Dark Prime Dragon. And the Arachnid....It's fine. Soul Saint
How much defense does "Blood Mephist" have? @!, CRB could always work on more Spells or Traps to help with the damage output. Pointless, completely pointless. LORE: You can Normal Summon this card is face-up defense position. While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot summon any other monsters, exepct for "Mysterious Forest" monsters. You can Normal Summon this card without tributing. When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can activate one of the following effects: -Inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each Synchro Monster he/she controls. -Inflict 700 damage to your opponent. Oh joy, a puny amount of burn. The first effect is pointless, and if your opponent has 3 synchs, you won't have a monster left to Tribute. And it'll still be almost nothing... LORE: This card's level is treated as level 1 when it is used as a Synchro material monster. While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot summon any other monsters, exepct for "Mysterious Forest" monsters. When this card is summoned, You can choose one of the following effects: -Special Summon one Level 4 or lower "Mysterious Forest" Monster from your deck, exepct "Mysterious Forest-Spiritual Warrior". It's Effect(s) are negated. -Inflict 500 damage to your opponent Oh hey...the first effect is actually OK...miraculous! If you Tribute Summon this card, Inflict 1500 damage to your opponent. If this card is Normal Summoned, you can send it to the graveyard to draw one card and inflict 300 damage to your opponent. Well, finally a mediocre card...the burn isn't puny, and the draw effect is interesting...but still not that great. LORE: You can Normal Summon this card in face-up Defence position. I can just use Hinotama...pointless. This card is treated as a "Mysterious Forest" monster. This card is also treated as "Prime Material Dragon"While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot summon any other monsters, exepct for "Mysterious Forest" monsters.Any effect that would inflict damage to a player instead increases their Life Points by the same amount. When a card's effect to destroy a monster(s) on the field is activated, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate its activation and destroy the card. ..............................Really. LORE: This card can only be Special Summoned from your Hand if you have a "Mysterious Forest" monster that is in your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, its ATK and DEF are halved, and its level becomes LV 4.While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot summon any other monsters, exepct for "Mysterious Forest" monsters. When this card is Special Summoned, you can Remove from Play one "Mysterious Forest" monster in your graveyard to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. ...It can do 1000. Incredible. Tremedous Fire says hi. LORE: This card can only be Special Summoned from your Hand if you have a "Mysterious Forest" monster that is Removed from Play. When this card is Special Summoned, You can send a "Mysterious Forest" monster that was removed from play to the Graveyard and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. See above. This card can be Normal Summoned in face-up Denfese position. While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot summon any other monsters, exepct for "Mysterious Forest" monsters. When this card is summoned, choose one of the following effects: -Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards in your graveyard X100. If this effect is used, destroy this card. -For each card you Remove from Play in your graveyard, this card gains 1 level. For each card you discard from your hand, this card loses 1 level. ...First effect doesn't need to kill it...I could just use Cemetary Bomb...second effect is just...bleh. LORE (This card is not related to the "Mysterious Forest" archtype): This card cannot be destroyed by battle, and you take no battle damage from battles involving this Card. This card is unaffected by your card effects. During your Draw Phase, instead of Drawing 1 Card, you can select one card from your Deck and add it to your hand. During each of your Standby Phases, pay 1000 Life Points or destroy this card. Wow, search any card...that is most definately perfectally balanced. LORE: 1 Tuner+ One or more non-tuner monsters When this card is summoned, you can choose one of the following effects: -Inflict 700 damage to your opponent -Pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon one "Mysterious Forest-Spiritual Warrior" from your hand, deck, or graveyard. That card's level is treated as level 3 if it is used as a Synchro material monster. -You can Negate the effects of up to 3 cards on your opponent's side of the field. If you use this effect, You cannot attack this turn. First effect is pointless...second is slightly OK...third...you negate them forever?...LOLbroken. LORE: 1 Tuner+ One or more non-tuner monsters When this card is summoned, you can choose one of the following effects: -Negate the activation of all Spells and Traps your opponent activates this turn. If you use this effect, this card cannot attack this turn. -Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent -You can tribute one face-up "Mysterious Forest" monster on your side of the field to inflict damage to your opponent equal to its defense. If you use this effect, you take damage equal to what your opponent took +500, and this card is removed from play. Suggested Card Limit: 1. Very Powerful, and can be easily used even if the deck is not centered around "Mysterious Forest" monsters. FIrst effect is actually good. Second, see above. Third...no, just no. LORE: When a "Mysterious Forest" monster is summoned in face-up defense position, place one counter on this card. You can remove 1 counter to inflict 400 damage to your opponent. You can remove 2 counters to negate the activation of a Spell or Trap card, and destroy it. You can remove 3 counters to Special Summon one "Mysterious Forest" monster from your hand, deck, or graveyard. It's summon is treated as a Normal Summon. If a "Mysterious Forest" monster would be destroyed, you can destroy this card, instead. Suggested Card Limit: 1. Is easily recycled by the effect of "The Mysterious House". ...Slightly OK. But does the third effect use your Normal Summon?... LORE: When a face-up "Mysterious Forest" monster you control is attacked, inflict 300 damage to your opponent at the end of the damage step. During your opponent's Standby Phase, you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to add one "The Mysterious Forest" from your deck or graveyard to your hand. ...OK... LORE: This card cannot be discared. Any cards you discared this turn return to your hand. Suggested Card Limit: 1. Card Descruction+This= Free Hand. ...why. Just why. (Picture not available. My computer decided to not upload this card, for whatever reason. Anyways, it's an Equip Spell, and nothing more.) LORE: Equip only to a face-up "Mysterious Forest" monster you control. It's ATK and DEF are switched. At the end of the Battle Phase, destroy the equipped monster unless you decrease it's ATK by 300. A Sword and SHield that stays on the field with a relatively pointless drawback. Kind of OK. LORE: When a "Mysterious Forest" monster is Special Summoned, it is treated as a Normal Summon, instead. You can pay 500 life points to have it treated as a Tribute Summon, instead. ...wut. This is almost useless. LORE: This card's activation cannot be negated. If your opponent controls a face-up "Prime Material Dragon", negate that card's effects and destroy it. If not, Inflict 800 damage to your opponent. Suggested Card Limit: 1. Although this card can only destroy Prime Material Dragon, it cannot be negated, and the second effect turns this into a free Ookazi. ...I'd rather just use Ookazi...it's faster. LORE: If you control a face-up "Mysterious Forest-Wisdom Tree", other face-up "Mysterious Forest" monsters cannot be destroyed by battle, and are unaffected by your opponent's card effects. If this card is destroyed, destroy any "Mysterious Forest-Wisdom Tree" cards you contol. If "Mysterious Forest-Wisdom Tree" is destroyed, destroy this card. ...Um...no? LORE: Only activate this card when a "Mysterious Forest" monster you control is destroyed by battle. Destroy the monster that attacked, and Special Summon one "Mysterious Forest" monster from your hand, deck, or Graveyard. That card's summon is treated as a Normal Summon. ...Eh...it's pretty good...I guess... LORE: When your opponent declares a direct attack, you can negate that attack and inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Then, Special Summon one "Mysterious Forest" Tuner monster from your deck. It's Effect(s) are negated. It's OK...

Communityreborn
Thy are underpowered because their effects do little damage, and are outclassed by burning spells...really, that sums this up...but I feel in a good mood right now. So...
Thanks for the detailed review... This deck is designed so that it's centered around the Mysterious Forest, and nothing else. If you think some cards might be puny, you could see how some of them work together: Black Raven: This is meant to do free damage with "The Mysterious Grave". Dark Wolf: High Attack, with a little burn damage in-between Arachnid: Good only against an opponent with a big hand Rabid Bear: Attack Directly. Skull Kid: Ok, this one I ADMIT is underpowered. It only has the best shot against a field full of synchros, but could be replaced with Memory Crush King. Spiritual Warrior: Insant Synchro Summon. Snake: A Sword and Shield is needed. Ultimate Swarm: This+ Watchful Eyes= Free Damage Wisdom Tree: Works best with "Strong Roots" Dark Prime Dragon: I'll need to edit this soon. It's meant to protect the controller, only. Mystic Crocodile: This card is better than Tremendous Fire, I assure you. Adding "Skill Drain" with this creates a beatstick. Alligator: If you've used the Crocodile's effect, and this is in your hand, you can deal another 1000 damage. Spirit of the Forest: Created in-case you want to synchro summon a different monster (LV 6, 9, Etc.) Card Shark: Leave it be. Gadzooks: Thanks for alerting me to the 3rd effect. I'll have to change it to "Destroy 2 cards on the field". Cursed Creature: Yes, just Yes. The 3rd Effect quiets down the duel, and you having less life points than your opponent makes it useless. Ect. In general, I thank you for alerting me to possibile broken cards.

Daigusto Sphreez
Its a burn deck, so !'s should have considered that a bit further, its not that creative, but its supposed to do life point damage, and when used in conjunction with each other, bby and large it manages that. Perhaps a bit UP? But baring in mind practically every card does LP damage, it would be OP to give them all massive LP draining abilities. Ambitious alligator and the reptile toad thingy are nice additions, there quite versatile, but given that the effect is there whether you normal summon or special summon, id probably special summon most of the time. but they are nice cards. Card shark doesn't really belong in the set because of the forbidden forest summoning techicalities, but it is an interesting card. However you could easily get 1 card you really want, destroy it and not suffer at all, maybe a slight bit OP? perhaps by making it level 5, it would at least need a tribute. Although the OCG isn't great, a lot of it is decent, still need better pictures I would say, but its a good set anyway. p.s. my set is updated community reborn, so if you could comment on any of the 4 new cards, that'd be cool, thanks. ben1039
I Recommend fixing the cropping around your pictures in the begining, makes the pictures look out of place.
