The card is quite simple, okay, not really. The card at most can have 3 monsters Overlaid onto it (3 Level 2 monsters), and that means up to 3 bounces. Not all at once though, but overtime. This although reminded me of Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier, seems more balanced. The second effect though, may make the card a bit overpowering. Sure it loses a shield, but in return, your opponent has a card bounced, then has to return one of those cards to the Deck. Now this makes the card quite the threat / hassle. Although it's slightly hard to see this on the Ban List seeing it is an Excess Monster, I still recommend adding a small drawback.

Seems like the boss Excess Monster / of the whole Archetype, seeing it is a Level 8, and so far, can hold the most Overlaid Monsters (4 Level 2's). The monster pretty much can overtime, annoy the living hell out of your opponent. It's sorta like shuffling in a way. This can either screw your opponent over, or get them closer to that card they need to get the win. Your opponent being able to negate the effect through a discard seems reasonable, seeing like I said, it can screw them over, and who knows, this may benefit your opponent. The last effect is just great for recycling or for stacking up on some more monsters. A great card overall, pretty balanced.

There really is no limit to the number of Overlaid cards these Excess onsters can have, when you consider cards like Cnidaria, Syngnathidae, and the Field Spell (which you haven't gotten to yet.). And Paricea isn't the Boss monster, and there really isn't going to be one. The Sea Serpent-Type Excess Monsters will just be stronger than the Fishy ones.

Dude make more? Lmao first one I'VE seen do an Excess monster although I do believe in the card name it would be Fish / Exceed / Effect according to Aero Shark and Revise Dragon.. Anyways I see no problems with OCG and effects are good together. Not the most powerful set I've seen but its definitely balanced and I would love to have a Deck with these cards... I'll give you a 10 because it's that good lol.. Like the name idea too

So it's an Exceed Monster, and it's called Excess Summoning? That would solve all the problems i've had trying to figure it out.

And yeah, the archtype isn't made for pure power, per say, they work like the Ghiski archtype, who focus on fast Ritual Summoning (but instead Excess Summoning); but then again, There's only 11 cards made, and I haven't had a chance to make the particularly powerful ones yet.

Glad you like them, +rep for you.
