Well, okay this is my first set. I don't know if it's that great but, here it is...

You can Normal Summon this card with 1 Tribute. If you do, halve the ATK and DEF of this card until your next Standby Phase. This card can be Normal Summoned with 3 Tributes. If you do, any Monster Card Zones on your opponent's side of the field that are unoccupied when this card is Tribute Summoned cannot be used.

The ATK of this card is equal to the number of monsters your opponent controls x 800. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If your opponent controls no monsters, you can Special Summon 1 "Mistress Token" (Spellcaster-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your opponent's side of the field in Defense Position. "Mistress Tokens" cannot be Tributed, except for a card effect.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle while in face-up Attack Position. When this card is Normal Summoned, return 1 card from your opponent's side of the field to the owner's Deck. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot add card(s) from the Deck to the hand outside of the Draw Phase. (Drawing cards is also considered "adding a card to the hand.")

When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 monster your opponent controls. The selected monster cannot declare an attack. Once per turn, during each of your Standby Phases, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level of the selected monster x200, and gain Life Points equal to the selected monster's Level x100. When the selected monster is destroyed, remove this card from play.

Activate only while you control a "Mistress" monster. Any monster selected by the effect of a "Mistress" monster loses 700 ATK and DEF. While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot Summon more than two times per turn. If you do not control a face-up "Mistress" monster, send this card to the Graveyard.
