How do you do spoilers?

I have noticed that the most advanced members seem to use spoilers when posting their cards. They are neater and give your posts an edge. Could anyone walk me through (step by step) how post a successful spolier, that would be such a help, thanks in advance.

Just remove the spaces^^

I have an easier way to do it. When you're typing, left to Arial, you will see "Other styles". Click on it. Then click on spoiler and insert the name of the spoiler. Click on add. Then add all what you want inside the spoiler. If you don't want to set pictures and so on in your spoiler, just type the text in "Enter the text to be masked".
