She actually thought it was ok ;D lol imagine that. I finally make a card that she doesnt call uber broken or crap lol. Anyways this card would get Mind Master banned. I can only imagine that this card would be broken in your Gusta Deck. EDIT: Oh I did a quick little search on YVD for Level 1 tuners and I saw Glow Up Bulb. Great card, very quaint but unlike many cards this one is actually quite practical and very realistic, it's one of the first I've seen in a while that doesn't stipulate that "[b]you can destroy everything to increase your life points by 5 million[/b]" (although that may be a little cyncial in retrospect).
