yugiohdelta
This card effect can be the same as any spell in the graveyard. If this card is used for the synchro summon of a Spellcaster synchro monster this cards level becomes the synchro monster's level minus the level of the tuner monster used for the synchro summon. You can only use this effect once. Shizuku Oikawa
Overpowered cards are pretty overpowered, they probably don't even Arcanite to easily win. Nanoha (Feminine Arcane, since the pic is Nanoha Takamachi from Nanoha) can just be a Monster Reborn, Mystical Space Typhoon, Ookazi, or maybe a Lightning Vortex, over and over and over again, constantly, so your opponent is stuck having to Effect Veiler, Doom Caliber Knight, or some other card to make this card stop from over using it's effect every constant second. Hayate (Chaos Arcane, since the pic is Hayate Yagami from Nanoha A's) has no Synchro Materials, so she is basically unplayable, makes Spellcaster Synchros SUPER easy to Summon, and can easily do some stuff. The OCG could use some work, especially Chaos needing Synchro Materials. I'll pretty much give it a 5/10 *Sigh* I was hoping more from cards with Nanoha Pics
