There are no such things as equip traps, only things like Plant Food Chain that still equip themselves to monsters.

You're card's sorta like miniaturize, just with a cost and a little more deadly against stronger monsters and it kills the monster, I like it.

The main reason for making it an equip trap was to save space on the lines.

It's completely different.

Not really, Plant Food Chain says to equip to a monster and then adds the effect while equipped. The only difference is you tried to put in the equip sign.

The equip sign allows for cards like Seven Swords Warrior and Power Tool Dragon to make use of them.

Power Tool still cannot make of use of it as it states "Equip Spell Cards", not "Equip Spell or Trap Cards". It's actually quite a useful card but has no Deck to fit into. Even Equip Decks wouldn't use it as it's a little slow for the ever-speeding up formats. It's basically a strengthened Gale the Whirlwind in Trap form. I can't find much to criticize but it just isn't useful. Great effort.

I take it that you don't like it.

errors: bad OCG
correct OCG
You can pay 1000 life points to equip this to a monster. The equipped monster's attack is halved. During the 2nd turn after this card's activation, remove from play the equipped monster. When the equipped monster is removed from the Field, remove from play this card.
7/10

Please don't rate on OCG.

Sorry, I changed this last minute.

This reminds me of Ekibyo Drakmord. Just that it's a trap. One of my favorite cards but wasted in speeded formats.

And by the way, there are equip traps, just they don't have the equip sign. Like Kunai with Chain
As it is Ekibyo Drakmord but worse (as it has cost and doesn't stop from attacking) takes a big bite out of creativity.
Yet I like Ekibyo Drakmord and therefor I like this card.

Overall 7/10

#1) 90% of Equip Support specifies "Equip Spell Cards" so this doesn't work.
#2) Shrink exists and is better 90% of the time.
This lasts as long as this is on the field and will blow the monster up in 2 turns.

This card is not designed for a Shrink replacement.

I don't know if you actually play much, but very little stays on the field for 2 turns, especially two cards, when the opponent wants to remove it. That last effect will rarely trigger, and the LP cost, coupled with the fact more trap negation is used than Spell negation (and you can't drop it from your hand during your own turn) make this almost 100% outclassed by Shrink - and barely anyone uses Shrink.
