During their Standby Phase if there are isn't a monsters in his/her hand that player may search for a monster their deck for a monster with 1500 or less ATK points and add it to their hand then they shuffle their Deck.[/b][/size][/font]

As long as this card is on the field their is no limit to the number of cards in player's hand. Increase the ATK and DEF points of this monster 300x the number of cards in your hand.[/b][/size][/font]

Turtle Submarine can loop if you have another "Turtle Submarine" in the Grave.

"Smart Rabbit" is Magician of Faith, in Trap form.

If they were real, they'd get hit by the banlist really quickly. They've got way too much hand advantage to be considered balanced.

So, but I will give individual ratings:<div>Landscape of Miracles: Great card though slightly Op'd OCG needs work so 7.5/10</div><div>Soaring Ace: Brilliant effect. though Slightly Op'd [again] The best one out of the bunch so 8/10</div><div>Smart Rabbit: good effect with appropriate drawback, 8/10</div><div>Turtle Submarine: 6/10 on this one because of effect. I'd change it to One monster with an ATK of 1500 or less.</div><div>Hands drawing hands: Should be spell card. Very basic. Anyone could have made it, make unique cards so 6/10</div><div>Machine Warrior: Extremely Op'd. thats all I can say about this, 4.5/10</div><div>Total rate [average] 6.6/10</div>
